Please read these terms. Using RotaGuard means you agree to them.

An independent tool

RotaGuard is an independent rota and pay-estimation app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the NHS, NHS England, NHS Employers, HMRC or your employer.

Estimates, not payroll

All figures are estimates based on the information you enter and published Agenda for Change rules. They may differ from your actual payslip due to local arrangements, timing, corrections and other factors. Always check against your contract and payroll team.

No guarantees

RotaGuard does not guarantee accuracy and is not a substitute for professional, payroll or legal advice. It never states that you were underpaid or that your employer owes you money.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter and for verifying any figure before acting on it.

Subscriptions

Premium and Gold are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play after any free trial, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
